Privacy Policy

Last updated August 20, 2025

This Privacy Policy outlines the Women’s Resource Center’s (WRC) practices regarding personal information as it relates to your use of this website.

Information Collected via Contact Form

Our website includes a contact form that allows users to reach out directly to the Women’s Resource Center. When you choose to submit this form, we may collect personal information such as your name, email address, and any additional information you include in your message.

We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry. It is not shared with third parties, sold, or used for marketing purposes. Submission of the contact form is entirely voluntary.

No Other Collection on This Site

Apart from the contact form, we do not collect, store, or share any personal information—such as names, email addresses, or donation details—through this website. You can browse all other pages safely and anonymously.

Please note that information may still be collected via third-party links found within our site.

Third-Party Links & Platforms

Our website may include links to external platforms used for donations, volunteer registration, or other services. These platforms may collect personal or financial information in accordance with their own privacy policies. Your interactions on those sites are not governed by our policy.

Presently, the WRC uses Network for Good; their Privacy Policy can be found here.

Cookies & Analytics

We use only essential website tools. Limited technical information (such as your IP address and browser type) may be automatically logged by our website hosting provider. This is a standard function used only for technical performance and security purposes.

We do not use tracking cookies or collect information for marketing, analytics, or profiling. Our minimal technical setup ensures your visit remains private and secure.

Your Safety & Browser Privacy

If you are concerned that someone may check your browser history, we recommend using a private browsing window (also called “Incognito Mode”) or clearing your browser history after visiting our website. While our site does not track or store personal data beyond form submissions, some browsers or devices may retain your visit in their history by default.

Security

We are committed to maintaining a safe and confidential browsing experience. Information submitted through our contact form is transmitted securely and handled with care. We do not share this information outside the WRC team.

We do not store personal information longer than necessary to fulfill your request.
