Cell phones are available on loan to current clients at our drop-in center free of charge. These phones are prepaid for a limited number of minutes and can be used to dial 911 and other non-emergency numbers, offering instant access to help in an emergency, to stay in contact with our agency and to call significant contacts such as employer, landlord, doctor’s office or children’s schools as clients seek to rebuild and improve their lives.
